That's macOS quarantining apps that aren't yet notarized by Apple (we're on it). One-time fix: open Terminal and run xattr -cr /Applications/BlueSide.app after dragging BlueSide to Applications — then it opens normally and updates itself from there.
The license validates offline for up to 7 days (local cryptographic signature). AI models need internet, like any tool of this kind.
